We also collect information when we visit school and you voluntarily provide us with both your own and sometimes others contact details.
We can store this information on our company computers mainly within our Microsoft Outlook Address Books and in our site visit notes, as well as potentially on our cloud device and on our central server. Our office also holds paper records which are locked in filing cabinets with restricted key access.
How will we use the information about you?
We collect information about you to manage your account and to communicate with you directly. We also send out occasional mailings for information and sales purposes. We will only do this if you agree to receive information from us that we think may be of interest to you.
Our monthly Office for National Statistics Food Inflation Data may include a personal note from Simon Pollard or any other company representative.
