Steve joined ISCC in 2011 principally to assist self-managed clients develop their menu and food offers as well as provide hands-on culinary training and development.

Steve is a highly skilled and experienced Chef who spent the last five years of his career prior to ISCC as Executive Chef at Caterlink, the education catering arm of BaxterStorey.  Previous to this role, Steve was Development Chef for one of the world’s most successful investment specialists, Fidelity International, based in the City.

Steve’s culinary knowledge is outstanding and he is an excellent trainer and mentor who enjoys sharing his skills and experience.
